FloorTek Coatings, LLC (“FloorTek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides floor coating products and dealer opportunities. We are not a franchise and do not sell or offer franchises. References to “dealers” describe independent business relationships and are not an offer of a franchise or a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
This Privacy Policy covers our websites (including floortekdealers.com), online forms, lead forms, messaging programs (email/SMS/MMS), and related services in the United States.
Identifiers & contact info: name, email, phone, address, company.
Commercial & device data: site activity, pages viewed, IP, cookies, analytics info.
Communications: email/SMS interactions (delivery, open/click, STOP/HELP responses).
Lead sources: website forms and other digital lead forms where users affirmatively check an opt-in box.
Sensitive data: We do not seek sensitive data (e.g., precise geolocation, financial account credentials, health data). If you choose to provide sensitive info, we process it only for the purpose you provided and as permitted by law.
Children: Our services are not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect children’s data. See Children’s Privacy below.
Respond to inquiries; operate, secure, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising/analytics may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws; see State Privacy Rights for opt-out controls and Global Privacy Control.
When you provide your phone number and check the opt-in box, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational texts/calls from FloorTek at the number provided.
Consent standard: For telemarketing/prerecorded calls to cell phones and marketing texts, we obtain prior express written consent identifying FloorTek and the number; consent cannot be a condition of purchase.
Lead-form specificity: If we collect consent via online lead forms, the consent is one-to-one (specific to FloorTek) and messages must be logically and topically associated with the interaction that prompted the consent.
Revoking consent / Do-Not-Call: You may revoke consent by any reasonable method (e.g., replying STOP, emailing us, or telling a caller). We honor Do-Not-Call and revocation requests within 10 business days and maintain internal DNC lists.
STOP/HELP & confirmation: Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. We may send a one-time confirmation text of your opt-out and will not send additional marketing texts afterward.
Quiet hours & caller ID: We do not telemarket outside 8 a.m.–9 p.m. local time; we transmit caller ID and do not abandon calls.
Charges & frequency: Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Recordkeeping: We retain evidence of consents/opt-outs as required by law.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.
Note: We also comply with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and the National Do Not Call Registry requirements (including list scrubbing).
We follow carrier and industry requirements for messaging, including A2P 10DLC brand/campaign registration via The Campaign Registry (TCR) (for applicable 10DLC programs) and program guidelines in CTIA’s Messaging Principles and Short Code Monitoring Handbook (e.g., clear call-to-action, opt-in/STOP/HELP wording, and prohibited content).
Our commercial emails include a functional unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. We honor email opt-outs within 10 business days and do not require payment or additional data to process your request.
We use cookies and similar tech for site operations, analytics, and (where applicable) targeted advertising/remarketing. You can manage cookies in your browser and use our site controls (see Your Privacy Choices). We also honor browser-based opt-out signals where required—see Global Privacy Control below.
Where required by law (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut), we treat a user-enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other approved Universal Opt-Out Mechanism as a valid request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” or targeted advertising for that browser/device. We will apply your preferences as described in our State Privacy Rights section.
Depending on your state (e.g., CA/CPRA, CO/CPA, CT/CTDPA, VA, UT, OR, TX, DE, NJ, and others as they become effective), you may have rights to:
Access, correct, or delete personal information.
Portability (receive a copy in a portable format).
Opt out of sale, sharing (cross-context behavioral advertising), targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
Limit use/disclosure of sensitive info (where applicable).
Use GPC/UOOM signals to opt out.

Categories collected: identifiers (e.g., contact info), internet/activity data, commercial info, inferences (as permitted).
Purposes: as in Section 3.
Retention: kept no longer than reasonably necessary for stated purposes.
Selling/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. We may share info for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt out (via link or GPC).
Rights: access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information (if collected).

SMS/Text: Reply STOP to any message or contact us; we honor within 10 business days (and do not send further marketing texts after opt-out). HELP for assistance.
Email: Use the unsubscribe link; honored within 10 business days.
Cookies/Ads: Adjust browser/device settings, use our on-site controls, and enable GPC.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described (e.g., typical marketing lead data up to 24 months absent ongoing relationship), to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us to delete it. For operators of child-directed services, COPPA requires notice and verifiable parental consent (not applicable to FloorTek; included here to clarify our intent).
Where we present written terms/consents electronically (e.g., the SMS opt-in checkbox language), we obtain your affirmative consent to receive records electronically consistent with the E-SIGN Act. You may withdraw consent as described in Your Choices.
We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, messaging). They may process personal data on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of your data to our instructions. Our site may link to third-party sites; their privacy practices are their own.
We may modify this Policy; updates will be posted with a new Effective Date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice as required.
